Dale Lee Shade, age 60, of Cosby, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County.

He attended First United Methodist Church of Gatlinburg. He was a retired electrician, Local 82, out of Dayton, OH for 33 years.

He was preceded in death by both parents.

He is survived by his wife Karen Kay Shade; daughters Christi Killebrew (Robert), Mariah Destiny Shade, Priscilla "Chris" Shade, Beth Shade, and Shelly Shade; sons Alex McCoy Shade, Brian Lee Shade, Sean C. L. Parks; grandchildren Jarrad Snedigar, Paige Shade, and brother David Shade, Jr.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2009, at Huskey Cemetery, Sevier County.
