Maurice R. Balch, age 68 of Newport passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2008.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Andi Balch; parents, Donald and Valerie Balch; brother, Joe Webb; and sister, Ann McMillan.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Balch; daughters, Abby Balch and Amy Quinton; grandson, Seth Moore; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Black; sister-in-law, Betty Webb; brother-in-law, Bud McMillan; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog Katie.
