COSBY--The Cosby Ruritan Club Ramp Festival, which is set for Sunday, May 4, on Kineauvista Hill, will feature a variety of entertainment.

Entertainment Coordinator Penny Grooms said, "This year's entertainment lineup is sure to please."

Entertainment will start at 10 a.m. on the lower stage.

Long Shot, a southern rock and country band, will perform at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Steve Brown and Hurricane Ridge, a bluegrass group, will perform at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

At noon, the Maid of Ramps pageant, featuring 20 contestants, will be held.

Then, at 1:15 p.m., the Stony Creek Cloggers will take to the stage.

Local contemporary Christian singers 2 By Grace will sing at 3 p.m.

On the upper stage, Matthew Malone, of Parrottsville, will sing at 10 a.m. Newcomer Chrystal Lee will then sing at 11 a.m.

Last year's favorite, Randall Reece, will perform at 11:45 a.m. Wanda Todd, of Murfreesboro, will sing at 12:45 p.m.

Local duo Margie Lee and Missy Ellis will sing at 1:15 p.m.

Then, at 2 p.m., the children's beauty pageants will be held on the upper stage.

"Be sure and come early and play to stay all day--rain or shine---for great singing and entertainment," Grooms said.
