Arthur Shelton, left, and Steve Stokely, center, were honored by the Cocke County Election Commission during their meeting on Monday afternoon. Shelton and Stokely have served on the commission for five years and received pins and certificates from the Tennessee Association of County Election Officials in recognition of their work. Presenting them with their gifts was Joyce Slagle, right, Cocke County Administrator of Elections.
