NEWPORT-The monthly meeting for the Cocke County Regional Planning Commission will be held in the conference room at the County Annex, Tuesday, July 22, at 6 p.m.

      Items on the agenda will include new business discussions of English Springs Phase II preliminary development, Blue Springs Phase I preliminary development plus Maranatha Resort's Phase II and Phase III developments.
