Zola Heritage, of Bybee, will celebrate her 98th birthday Dec. 29. Since she was a small girl she has attended Clay Creek Baptist Church. She is the widow of Leslie Heritage, to whom she was married 50 years. She is the daughter of the late James and Eliza Lovell. Zola is the mother of Amanda (Dennis) Gossett, of Newport, and Irene (Clinton) Shelton, of Hartford. Her grandchildren are Brian (Trish) Shelton, of Hartford; David (Melissa) Gossett, of Morristown; Rhonda (Brian) Greer, of Surgoinsville; and April (James) Groat, of Hartford. Her great-grandchildren are Tyler, Tori, Jared, Jonathan, and Jacob Gossett, Adam Greer, Shylee, Keasley, and Cole Shelton, Whitney Black, Brianne Whillock, and Lila Groat. She has two sisters and one brother living and two sisters deceased.
