(Last modified: 2009-05-07 17:09:07) Source: The Newport Plain Talk The Newport Theatre Guild's newest production, Twelve Angry Men, opens tomorrow night for three performances. Friday and Saturday, May 8 and 9, performances are scheduled for 7:30 p.m., with a Sunday, May 10, matinee at 2:30 p.m. The play will be performed in the Newport Utilities Board Auditorium, 1417 West Hwy. 25/70. Recently the cast presented a special show for CCHS social studies students. Theatre Guild donates to CCHS curtain fund The Newport Theatre Guild recently donated $1,000 to Cocke County High School to help purchase new curtains for the auditorium.
