Allen arrest: Officers were dispatched to 1017 Walker Hill Way, concerning an assault that occurred on Monday, Sept. 30. Upon arrival, Patrolman Jessy Burgess spoke with a 19-year-old female who said she was sleeping at the residence when she woke up to Ray John Allen, 35, “touching” her legs. The female said she asked Allen to stop and he complied for a minute before he touched her legs again. The female advised officers she wanted to press charges. Allen was then placed under arrest and charged with assault.

Warrants served: Kenny L. Wright, 29, 8th Street, was served with active outstanding warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear on Sunday, Sept. 29. Sgt. Donald Coakley arrested Wright at his residence.

Failure to appear: Michelle Henderson, 57, English Street, was served with an active outstanding warrant for failure to appear on Monday, Sept. 30. Patrolman Jessy Burgess arrested Henderson following a traffic stop.

Probation violation: Jason E. Stuart, 39, Cosby Highway, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of probation on Monday, Sept. 30. Sgt. Derek Wright arrested Stuart following a traffic stop.

Styles arrest: Tylier Z. Styles, 23, Clifton Heights Road, was served with active outstanding warrants for aggravated assault, assault, aggravated burglary and theft under $1,000 on Tuesday, Oct. 1. According to the warrant, Styles was wanted after he broke into an Epley Road apartment and attacked another male, allegedly stealing $700 on July 11. Patrolman Paul Weber arrested Styles without incident and transported him to the Cocke County Jail Annex.
