Lowery arrest: Samantha Lynn Lowery, 37, Fine Street, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of community corrections on Monday, Nov. 4. Deputy Dylan Norton served Lowery the warrant at the Cocke County Jail Annex.

Failure to appear: Dexter Joe Stuart, 41, Carson Springs Road, was served with an active outstanding warrant for failure to appear on Thursday, Nov. 7. Deputy Tim Snapp arrested Stuart at his residence without incident and transported him to the Cocke County Jail Annex.

Trice arrest: Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Jasmine Drive, concerning a domestic disturbance on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Upon arrival, Deputy Wes Keys came in contact with Bobby C. Trice, 61, who was in the front yard carrying two “water soaked” blankets, and they detained him. Deputies then spoke with the victim, Tennie N. Trice, 80, who said Bobby threatened her with a stick and he threw a bucket filled with Clorox on her. While deputies attempted to speak with Mr. Trice, he was “uncooperative” and “belligerent.” He was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct.

Overdose: Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Highway 25E, concerning a female subject lying inside a vehicle on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Upon arrival, Sgt. Bill Miller found the female in question, identified as April Stokely, 31, who was in the rear seat of the minivan and was unresponsive. Sgt. Miller administered one dose of Narcan to Stokely and she regained consciousness. Stokely was then transported to the Newport Medical Center for treatment.
