Probation violation: Ginger R. Arrowood, 45, Lower English Creek Road, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of probation on Wednesday, March 13. Deputy Joey Owings served Arrowood the warrant at the Cocke County Jail Annex.

Probation violation: Johnny Wade Sams, 30, West Carpenter Road, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of probation on Thursday, March 14. Deputy Joey Owings served Sams the warrant at the Cocke County Jail Annex.

Warrants served: Pebbles Renee Garner, 34, Trail Hollow Road, was served with active outstanding warrants for identity theft (two counts) on Wednesday, March 13. Deputy Wes Keys arrested Garner following a traffic stop without incident.

Theft: Ola Gene Cantrell, 52, Seiverville, reported a theft to the Cocke County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 12. Lt. Hollis Emmons reported he spoke with Cantrell, who said he allegedly paid another male subject $1,500 in order to put in concrete at his residence. However, the male never showed and has been ignoring his calls.
