Failure to appear: Casey C. Rollins, 42, Box Elder Way, was served with active outstanding warrants for failure to appear (two counts) on Friday, Nov. 1. Deputy Blake Cupp arrested Rollins at a residence on Morrell Springs Road without incident.

Domestic assault: Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Green Forest Road, concerning a domestic disturbance on Friday, Nov. 1. Upon arrival, Deputy Ethan Keys spoke with the victim, Adara Perkins, 25, who said while she and Eric Stepping, 32, were arguing he allegedly struck her in the face. Stepping was placed under arrest and charged with domestic assault.

Probation violation: Christie Nicole Williamson, 31, Thistle Way, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of probation on Friday, Nov. 1. Sgt. Christopher Barnes served Williamson the warrant at the Cocke County Jail Annex.

Failure to appear: Michael Frazier, 49, Edward Way, was served with an active outstanding warrant for failure to appear on Friday, Nov. 1. Sgt. Christopher Barnes served Frazier the warrant at the Cocke County Jail Annex.

Newton arrest: Thomas K. Newton, 21, Riverwalk Way, was served with active outstanding warrants for theft of property over $1,000, conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft, failure to appear and criminal summons on Saturday, Nov. 2. Deputy Brock Hannah arrested Newton at his residence without incident.
