Smelcer arrest: Officers were dispatched to Timeout concerning an intoxicated male subject on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Upon arrival, Patrolman Johnathan Ball came in contact with the male in question, identified as Jason Smelcer, 39, Industrial Road, who had slurred speech, an odor of alcohol about his person, and bloodshot eyes. According to the report, Smelcer admitted to consuming alcohol prior. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Warrant served: John Joseph Barrett, 35, Bicentennial Way, was served with an active outstanding warrant for theft of property on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Patrolman Chris Silvers arrested Barrett following a traffic stop without incident.

Probation violation: Ronnetta L. Vance, 24, Filbert Street, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of probation on Wednesday, Oct. 30. Vance was arrested at a residence on Apache Drive without incident.

Probation violation: Austin E. Gibson, 20, North Cecil Street, was served with an active outstanding warrant for violation of probation on Thursday, Oct. 31. Patrolman Will Garber arrested Gibson at a residence on Lamons Circle without incident.
