William (Bill) Raines of Newport Health and Rehabilitation Center celebrated his 95th birthday
on Friday, Sept. 4. His children are Gerald, Dale, and Lem Raines. Mr. Raines has two
grandchildren: Jody Fillers and Jeremy Raines. He also has one great-grandchildren:
Jacob Raines. His family and friends helped him celebrate with a Tennessee Vol theme.
