NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, Kenneth W. Parker and wife, Holly Parker, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) dated August 15, 2011, of record in Official Records Book 1353, at page 502, Register’s Office for Cocke County, Tennessee, conveyed to Vida Ivy Bell, TRUSTEE, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the “Note”) described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was originally payable to Edward A. Bittof and wife, Elizabeth J. Bittof; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the Note; and WHEREAS, the current owner and holder of the Note has demanded that the hereinafter described real property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of indebtedness and costs of foreclosure in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and Deed of Trust. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Jeffery S. Greene, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, pursuant to the power, duty and authority vested in and confirmed upon me, by the Deed of Trust, will on the 7th day of January, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at the north front door of the Cocke County Courthouse in Newport, Tennessee, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, and free from all legal, equitable and statutory rights of redemption, exemptions of homestead, rights by virtue of marriage, and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which have been waived in the Deed of Trust, certain real property located in Cocke County, Tennessee, and described as follows: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Abbreviated description per TCA 35-5-104(a)(2) is the property referenced and described fully as Book 1353, Page 498, Cocke County Registry. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2346 Happy Hollow Rd., Parrottsville, TN 37843 TAX MAP 050, Control Map 050, PARCEL 030.00 (However, the property description shall control in the event of any inconsistencies between the description and address or tax identification number) Said sale will be held subject to the following: 1. Any unpaid property taxes.
